4.102

論「如是已說至彼法是何」，自下第五，有一頌釋小煩惱地法。有兩重釋，如前可知。謂以小分染污心俱，故名為小。

The treatise says: "Having thus explained... what dharmas are those?" From here down is the fifth section: there is one verse explaining the dharmas of the minor defilement ground. There are two layers of explanation, which can be understood as before. That is, because they are accompanied by only a small portion of defiled minds, they are named minor.
