論「若爾此二至云何俱起」，外人難。觀自即緣自，觀他即緣他，此二境別，云何俱起？
The Śāstra says: "If so, these two […] how do they arise together?" The outsider objects: Regarding oneself means taking oneself as object; regarding others means taking others as object. Since their objects are distinct, how could they arise together?
