論「如心意識至而體是一」，類釋心所。於中有二：一結前引後，二釋心、心所眾名。此即初也。

On the Śāstra's [words], "Just as mind, thought, and consciousness […] yet their entity is one": this analogously explains the mental factors. Within this there are two parts: first, concluding what came before and introducing what follows; second, explaining the various names of mind and mental factors. This is the first.
