4.33

論「諸行即是至四相俱起」，言「諸行相」者，謂一切有為與四種相必定俱起。上句「必俱」二字流至下句，諸行相必俱也。

On the Śāstra's statement, "Conditioned phenomena are precisely... arise together with the four characteristics": regarding the words "the characteristics of conditioned phenomena", this means that all conditioned [phenomena] necessarily arise together with the four kinds of characteristics. The two words "necessarily concurrent" from the preceding line carry over to the subsequent line: conditioned phenomena and their characteristics are necessarily concurrent.
