「論曰至五小煩惱地法」，列五地名，可知。依《婆沙》四十二，五地法外更有大有覆無記地，謂有覆無記心、心所法。大無覆無記地法，謂即一切無覆無記。此二地法無別心所，故此不說。

On "The Śāstra says... fifth, factors of the ground of minor afflictions": it lists the names of the five grounds, which is clear. According to volume 42 of the Vibhāṣā, outside of the factors of the five grounds, there is additionally the ground of great obscured-unspecified [factors], meaning obscured-unspecified mind and mental factors; and the ground of great unobscured-unspecified factors, meaning all unobscured-unspecified [factors]. The factors of these two grounds have no separate mental factors, so they are not mentioned here.
