論「如何可說至二相應起」，難也。通中作意是有警覺，善中行捨是無警覺，如何同一剎那二相應起？
The Treatise states: "How can it be said [...] the two arise conjoined?" This is an objection. Among the general mental factors, attention has an alerting quality, while among the wholesome, equanimity has no alerting quality; how could the two arise conjoined in a single instant?
