The treatise says: "Furthermore, conceding that torpor... to whom belongs the fault?" This resolves the objection regarding torpor entering the great defilement ground being different from the fundamental treatise's explanation. Since it is mutually conceded that torpor, like restlessness and the rest, is universally associated with all defilements, the principle being identical, yet it is not spoken of in the great defilement ground—to whom belongs the fault? This is precisely the fault of the one who does not establish it, not my fault, because it is identical with the others.
