「又許惛沈至於誰有過」者，此顯不增過也。論主責言：汝宗自許惛沈通與諸惑相應，而不說在大煩惱地法中，於誰有過？

On "Furthermore, you accept that stupor ... with whom does the fault lie?": This demonstrates the absence of the fault of overcounting. The author of the treatise criticizes: "Your own school accepts that stupor is associated generally with all defilements, yet it is not stated among the factors of the ground of great defilement; with whom does the fault lie?"
