4.97

論「雖爾應知隨增說行」，外人答論主也。雖掉舉、惛沈二常俱行，而惛沈偏增者名惛沈行。

The treatise says: "Even so, it should be known that one is called a practitioner according to what is predominant." The opponent answers the author of the treatise: Although restlessness and torpor always operate together, one in whom torpor is particularly predominant is called a practitioner of torpor.
