5.132

論「若謂由風至無差別故」，破轉計也。若風能障，初即應墮。若初不能障，後亦應然，即應畢竟無墮落時，障風一故。

The treatise says: "If you say that due to wind, up to: because there is no difference." This refutes a shifted thesis. If wind could obstruct it, it should fall at the very beginning. If it cannot obstruct it at the beginning, the same should hold later; thus it should never fall at all, because the obstructing wind is unitary.
