論「迦濕彌羅至有非時死」，引《婆沙》釋。隨相續轉是有障非時死也。不隨相續轉一起便住，是無障非是非時死也。

The treatise says: "The Kaśmīra [masters say], up to: there is untimely death." This adduces the Vibhāṣā to explain. Proceeding in accordance with the continuity means there are obstacles and untimely death. Not proceeding in accordance with the continuity and enduring as soon as it has arisen means there are no obstacles and it is not untimely death.
