5.255

論「若作是執至不可集故」，難異執也。若語生文，文復生名，亦同前難。前後念文不可集故。

On the Śāstra's statement: "If this position is maintained [...] because they cannot aggregate": Refuting an alternative position. If speech produces phonemes, and phonemes in turn produce names, the same objection as before applies, because the phonemes of earlier and later moments cannot aggregate.
