論「有說諸法至名非擇滅」，論主述大眾部計也。此計諸有為法生已後自然無，名非擇滅。

[When] the treatise [states]: "Some say that all dharmas ... is termed cessation independent of deliberation," the author of the treatise relates the view of the Mahāsāṃghikas: "They maintain that when conditioned dharmas, having arisen, subsequently become naturally non-existent, this is termed cessation independent of deliberation."
