論「離簡擇力至即擇滅攝」，論主破也。隨眠及苦不生，皆由擇力故，此不生亦擇滅攝。

[When] the treatise [states]: "Apart from the power of deliberation ... is subsumed under cessation through deliberation," the author of the treatise refutes them: "The non-arising of latent defilements and suffering is in every case due to the power of deliberation; therefore, this non-arising is also subsumed under cessation through deliberation."
