「論曰至謂出觀時」，明欲界善心也。准《正理論》，欲善生色善者，初生未曾得，後起通生離欲得。

"The Śāstra says ... that is, at the time of emerging from contemplation": this explains the wholesome mind of the desire realm. According to the Nyāyānusāra, when desire-realm wholesome produces form-realm wholesome, its initial arising is not previously attained, while subsequent arisings universally produce what was attained through detachment from desire.
