論「非起欲界至以極遠故」，遮第一計。若說亦起欲界共相作意，此極遠故。

The Śāstra says, "It does not give rise to desire-realm ... because it is exceedingly distant": this refutes the first position. If one says that it also gives rise to desire-realm attention to general characteristics, this is because it is exceedingly distant.
