7.61
論「所言三因至作用方興」，釋因緣中三因也。此三種因於所生果，至生相時即能興故。
On the Śāstra's statement: "As for the three causes mentioned ... their activity only then arises": this explains three causes within the cause-condition. Because these three kinds of causes are able to perform their activity with respect to the fruit produced when it reaches the characteristic of arising.
