論「有餘師言至來生此故」，述初釋也。此師意以劫初成時，梵眾從第二定來生梵眾，故知在極光淨曾見梵王。理實應言第二定中三天皆得，而言極光淨者，舉後顯初。

The commentary states: "Other masters say... because they came to be born here," presenting the first explanation. The intention of this master is that when the kalpa first formed, the Brahmakāyika gods came from the second dhyāna to be born among the Brahmakāyika gods; therefore, one knows that they had seen Brahmā in the Ābhāsvara heaven. In truth, one should say that all three heavens in the second dhyāna are possible, but stating "Ābhāsvara" is mentioning the last to indicate the first.
