論「又起必應至為彼緣起」，此第二重破也。緣起無常，無為常法，如何常法為無常依？

On the Śāstra's statement: 'Moreover, that which originates must necessarily, up to: serve as its conditioned origination': this is the second layer of refutation. Conditioned origination is impermanent, whereas unconditioned phenomena are permanent; how can a permanent phenomenon serve as the basis for the impermanent?
