論「由此有法至是緣起義」，此合釋也。此是論主依俗字法作如是釋。

The treatise says: "'Owing to this, existing phenomena [having reached conditions, gather together and arise]' to 'is the meaning of conditioned origination.'" This explains them together. This is the treatise master giving such an explanation based on secular grammatical rules.
