論「有執更以至是緣起義」，述經部中上坐師釋。字界、字緣，以如前釋。此師意說：種種緣聚集同處共成緣起。

The treatise says: "Some maintain further with [another interpretation: various conditions gathering together] to [is the meaning of conditioned origination]." This recounts the explanation of the Elder [Śrīlāta] within the Sautrāntika. The verbal roots and affixes are as explained before. This master's intention is: various conditions gathering together in the same place jointly form conditioned origination.
