論「何故世尊至此生故彼生」，已下釋經中二句此有故彼有、此生故彼生也。先問、後答。此是問也。

The treatise says: "Why did the World-Honoured One [say: 'Because this exists, that exists; because this arises, that arises']?" Below this explains the two phrases in the sūtra: "because this exists, that exists; because this arises, that arises." First a question, then an answer. This is the question.
