論「又為顯示至餘支得生」，此第二顯決定相，明生、有決定相屬相待。

The treatise says: "Furthermore, to show [that depending on becoming, birth arises] to [can the remaining links be born]." This is the second point showing the characteristic of determination, clarifying that birth and becoming are determinately connected to and dependent upon each other.
