The treatise says: "Some say that in that stage... go to any other place," this is the explanation of the second master. The Nyāyānusāra says: "The Vaibhāṣikas say: Because the fourth dhyāna includes the Śuddhāvāsa heavens, disasters cannot damage it. Because they cannot be born in the formless realm, nor should they go to any other place. This proves that there are no Śuddhāvāsa heavens in other world-realms; if there were Śuddhāvāsas in other world-realms, they should move to other directions like the hells—how could it be said that they should not go to any other place? The lower three heaven abodes, through being sustained by the majestic power of the Śuddhāvāsa heavens, therefore have no destructive disasters. It is impossible that within a single stage, with slight differences in location, there would be a distinction between being destroyed and not being destroyed by disasters."
