從此第三，明說意說人。論云：「何因說彼阿毘達磨（問說意也）？誰復先說阿毘達磨（問說人也）？」頌曰：
From here, the third part clarifies the intention behind the teaching and the person who taught it. The treatise says: "For what reason was that Abhidharma taught (asking the intention behind the teaching)? Who, again, first taught the Abhidharma (asking the person who taught it)?" The verse says:
