釋曰：明無明非二者，此有三觸：一明觸、二無明觸、三非明非無明觸。頌言非二者，是第三觸也。

Explanation: Regarding "luminous, ignorant, neither of the two": there are three contacts here: first, luminous contact (vidyā-saṃsparśa); second, ignorant contact (avidyā-saṃsparśa); third, neither luminous nor ignorant contact (naiva-vidyā-nāvidyā-saṃsparśa).
