10.28

無漏染污餘者，釋上三觸也。餘者，謂無漏染污外，餘有漏善、無記也。無漏相應觸名為明觸，染污相應觸名無明觸，與有漏善、無記相應觸名非明非無明觸。

Regarding "uncontaminated, defiled, and the rest": this explains the above three contacts. "The rest" refers to, apart from uncontaminated and defiled, the remaining contaminated wholesome and indeterminate [contacts]. Contact associated with the uncontaminated is called luminous contact; contact associated with the defiled is called ignorant contact; contact associated with contaminated wholesome and indeterminate is called neither luminous nor ignorant contact.
