11.49

釋曰：且六欲天初生如次，如五、六、七、八、九、十歲人，生已身形速得圓滿。色界天眾於初生時，身量周圓，具妙衣服。一切天眾皆作聖言，謂彼言詞同中印度。

Explanation: As for the six gods of the desire realm, when first born they are respectively like human beings of five, six, seven, eight, nine, and ten years of age; having been born, their bodily forms quickly become complete. The hosts of gods of the form realm, at the time of initial birth, are fully developed in bodily size and endowed with exquisite garments. All the hosts of gods speak noble speech, meaning that their language is identical to that of Central India.
