從此第二，明輪王出現，論云：「輪王出現，為在何時（一問）？幾種（二問）？幾俱（三問）？何威（四問）？何相（五問）？」頌曰：
Next, the second [section] clarifies the appearance of wheel-turning kings. The treatise says: "When does a wheel-turning king appear (first question)? How many kinds are there (second question)? How many appear together (third question)? What is their majesty (fourth question)? What are their physical marks (fifth question)?" The verse says:
