12.39

「三災火水風,上三定為頂,
如次內災等,四無不動故。
然後器非常,情俱生滅故,
要七火一水,七水火後風。」

"The three calamities are fire, water, and wind,
Having the upper three dhyānas as their summit;
Respectively, they are equal to the internal calamities;
Because the fourth is immovable, it has none.
Yet its physical world is impermanent,
Because it is produced and destroyed together with the sentient beings.
It must be seven fires and one water,
And after seven waters and fires, wind."
