13.15

釋曰：前九句明身業，後一句明語業。初一句，論主述一切有宗形為身表。次五句，論主破正量部動名身業。次三句，論主却破一切有宗實有形色。

Explanation: The first nine lines clarify bodily karma, and the last line clarifies vocal karma. In the first line, the author of the treatise sets forth the Sarvāstivāda view that shape is bodily informative [karma]. In the next five lines, the author of the treatise refutes the Sāṃmitīya view that motion is called bodily karma. In the subsequent three lines, the author of the treatise turns back to refute the Sarvāstivāda view that physical shape is substantially existent.
