14.67

捨未生表聖，成無表非表者，謂經生聖住胎藏位，表業未生，過去生者今時已捨，故不成表，但成無表。若欲色聖成過未定道無表，若無色界聖成過未道共無表。俱句者，謂住處中重心造業及未經生聖人，亦成表、成無表，名俱句也。俱非者，謂諸異生住胎藏中，不成表及無表也。

"Noble ones who have abandoned [the past] and have not generated manifestation possess non-manifestation, not manifestation": this refers to noble ones having undergone rebirth who dwell in the embryonic stage, where manifest karma has not yet arisen, and that which was born in the past has by now been abandoned; hence they do not possess manifestation, but possess only non-manifestation. Noble ones of the desire and form realms possess the past and future non-manifestations of absorption and path; noble ones of the formless realm possess the past and future non-manifestations associated with the path. As for the clause of both: those dwelling in the intermediate who perform karma with heavy minds, as well as noble ones who have not undergone rebirth, also possess manifestation and possess non-manifestation; this is called the clause of both. As for the clause of neither: ordinary worldlings dwelling in the embryonic stage possess neither manifestation nor non-manifestation.
