14.80

釋曰：要期盡壽造諸惡業，得不律儀，非一晝夜，謂此非如善戒受故。謂必無有立限對師：「我一晝夜受不律儀戒。」此是智人所訶厭業，無對師故，無一晝夜，要期盡壽；雖不對師，由起畢竟壞善意樂，得不律儀。

The explanation says: By undertaking to perform bad karma for the duration of one's life, one acquires non-discipline, not for a single day and night; this is because they are not received like good precepts. That is, no one ever sets a limit facing a teacher: 'I receive the precepts of non-discipline for a single day and night.' Because this is karma reproached and loathed by the wise, there is no facing a teacher, and there is no single day and night—one undertakes it for the duration of life. Although one does not face a teacher, due to generating the ultimate intention to destroy what is good, one acquires non-discipline.
