從此第三，明近住戒，就中：一明受方法、二明具八支、三明不受近事得近住。

Third, from this point forward, the precepts of fasting are explained, containing three sections: first, clarifying the method of reception; second, clarifying the completion of the eight factors; third, clarifying that one acquires fasting without receiving the lay precepts.
