15.100

惡唯感身受者，惡唯招苦，苦在五識，故招身受。心俱苦受，決定名憂，憂非異熟，故惡不感心受異熟。

Regarding "evil induces only bodily feeling": Evil brings about only suffering. Suffering resides in the five consciousnesses, hence it brings about bodily feeling. Painful feeling associated with the mind is definitely called grief (daurmanasya); grief is not maturation, hence evil karma does not induce the maturation of mental feeling.
