釋曰：諸善無尋業者，謂從中定已上乃至有頂善，此名無尋業，唯感心受。身受必與尋伺俱生，故無尋業，不感身受。

The explanation says: Regarding "Good karmas without investigation": From the intermediate dhyāna upward to the summit of existence, the good [karma] is called karma without investigation, which induces only mental feeling. Bodily feeling necessarily arises together with vitarka and vicāra; hence karma without investigation does not induce bodily feeling.
