15.44

生欲天色界，有靜慮律儀者，此二界中俱能入定，有靜慮戒。於無想天唯得成就，無色界無，謂無色故。

'Born in the desire-heavens and the form realm, one possesses dhyāna vows': within these two realms, both can enter absorption and possess dhyāna vows. In the non-conceptual heaven they are merely possessed (samanvāgama); in the formless realm they do not exist, because it is formless.
