15.45

無漏并無色者，謂無漏戒欲、色界有，並在無色。於無色界雖不現行，而得成就。聖人生在無色界中，成就色界過去、未來無漏律儀，法前後得，得不失故。

[As for the phrase] "Uncontaminated and the Formless [Realm]": this means that uncontaminated discipline exists in the Desire and Form Realms, as well as in the Formless Realm. Although it does not actively manifest in the Formless Realm, it is nonetheless achieved. When a noble person is born in the Formless Realm, they achieve the past and future uncontaminated discipline of the Form Realm, because the phenomena obtained earlier and later are acquired without being lost.
