16.30

攝惡妙行中，麁品為其性者，出體也。三惡行及三妙行中，若麁顯易知，攝為十業道也。

[Regarding] 'are subsumed within bad and good conduct; their essence is their coarse varieties': this identifies their essence. Among the three bad conducts and the three good conducts, those that are coarse, prominent, and easily known are subsumed as the ten karmapathas.
