「染心壞他語，說名離間語。
非愛麁惡語。諸染雜穢語。
餘說異三染，佞歌邪論等。」

"Speech that breaks another with a defiled mind / Is called malicious speech. / Unpleasant speech is harsh speech. / All defiled speech is frivolous speech. / Others say it is defiled speech distinct from the three: / Flattery, singing, heretical treatises, and the like."
