17.67

釋曰：此約學等三業，以學等三法為果差別。學等三業唯色、行二蘊少分。學、無學色蘊，無漏戒也。行蘊者，道共思也。非學非無學色蘊，有漏色少分。學等三法通五蘊也。非學非無學法，兼取三無為。

Explanation: This differentiates the fruits of the three karmas of the learner and so forth in relation to the three phenomena of the learner and so forth. The three karmas of the learner and so forth consist only of a small portion of the form and formation aggregates. The form aggregate of the learner and non-learner is uncontaminated discipline. The formation aggregate is volition concurrent with the path. The form aggregate of neither learner nor non-learner is a small portion of contaminated form. The three phenomena of the learner and so forth encompass all five aggregates. The phenomena of neither learner nor non-learner additionally include the three unconditioned phenomena.
