從此第二，明引、滿因體，論云：「非唯業力能引能滿，一切善不善有漏法皆容引滿，以業勝故，但標業名。然於其中業俱有者，能引能滿。若不與業為俱有者，能滿非引，勢力劣故。如是種類其體是何？」頌曰：
From here, the second [part] explains the entity of the projectile and fulfilling causes. The Śāstra states: "It is not only the power of karma that can project and fulfill; all wholesome and unwholesome defiled phenomena are capable of projecting and fulfilling. Because karma is predominant, only the name 'karma' is designated. However, among them, that which is co-existent with karma can both project and fulfill. If it is not co-existent with karma, it can fulfill but not project, because its power is inferior. What is the entity of such categories?" The verse states:
