順決擇分善者，謂煖等四善根，此能感聖道。聖道名決擇，感聖道故，名為順也。

Wholesomeness conducive to penetration refers to the four wholesome roots such as heat; these can induce the noble path. The noble path is called penetration; because they induce the noble path, they are called "conducive."
