從此第九，明書印等，論云：「如世間說有書、印、算、文、數，此五自體云何？」頌曰：
From here [in the] ninth [section], [the text] explains writing, sealing, and so forth. The śāstra says: "As the world says there are writing, sealing, calculating, script, and reckoning, what is the intrinsic nature of these five?" The verse says:
