18.43

感第一有思，世善中大果者，思是業也，謂感第一有頂業思，於世間善中為最大果，感八萬大劫故。約異熟果，有頂業勝。據離繫果，金剛喻定相應思者能得大果，一切結斷，為此果故，為簡此故，說世善言。

Regarding 'volition that causes the summit of existence has the greatest fruit among worldly goods': 'Volition' is karma. That is, the karmic volition that causes the summit of existence has the greatest fruit among worldly goods, because it brings about eighty thousand great eons [of lifespan]. In terms of the fruit of ripening, karma of the summit of existence is superior. In terms of the fruit of disconnection, the volition associated with the vajropamasamādhi can attain a great fruit, because all fetters are severed for the sake of this fruit; it is to exclude this that the text says 'worldly goods.'
