19.21

色無色除瞋，餘等如欲說者，色、無色界於五部下各除瞋恚，餘與欲同。故色、無色各三十一，兩界合論成六十二，通前三十六，總計成九十八使。更加十纏，名一百八煩惱。

"In the form and formless realms, anger is excluded; the rest are the same as described for desire" means that under each of the five categories in the form and formless realms, anger is excluded; the rest are identical with desire. Hence the form and formless realms each have thirty-one; the two realms combined make sixty-two. Added to the former thirty-six, the total count is ninety-eight anusayas. Further adding the ten entanglements, they are called the one hundred and eight defilements.
