'The views, what is associated with doubt, and unshared ignorance': the five views under suffering and the two views under origination are called 'the views'. 'Doubt' means the doubt under suffering and origination. 'Associated' refers to ignorance associated with view and doubt. 'Unshared' refers to the unshared ignorance under suffering and origination. In total there are seven views, two doubts, and two ignorances, which are named the eleven universal emissaries.
