19.58

除得餘隨行，亦是遍行攝者，十一隨眠相應俱有，名為隨行。此之隨行亦遍行攝，遍行因故。隨眠上得，以與隨眠非一果故，不名遍行，故除得也。

'Excluding acquisitions, the other concomitants are also subsumed under the universal': what are associated with and co-existent with the eleven anuśayas are called concomitants. These concomitants are also subsumed under the universal, because they are universal causes. The acquisitions of the anuśayas, because they do not have the same fruit as the anuśayas, are not called universal; therefore, acquisitions are excluded.
