19.74

非無漏上緣者，六無漏緣惑，及九上緣惑無所緣隨增，故言非也。

'Not those with untainted or higher objects': the six defilements with untainted objects and the nine defilements with higher objects do not increase by way of their object; therefore it says 'not'.
