19.76

隨於相應法，相應故隨增者，隨謂隨何煩惱，謂遍行、非遍行，漏、無漏緣，自界緣、他界緣，此等諸惑於所相應受、想等法，由相應故，於彼隨增。

"Regarding associated dharmas, they grow following [them] through association": "regarding" refers to whichever defilement—whether universal or non-universal, taking conditioned or unconditioned [dharmas] as objects, taking its own realm or other realms as objects; with respect to the associated dharmas such as sensation and ideation, through association these various defilements grow following them.
